Why blogging!

It took time for me for starting to write on this blog… I wasn’t sure if the content that I will write will be interesting or no.

After some discussion with people I received these recommendations:

• Some of my customers said : “I learnt some small tips that allow me to save time in my business”
• A blog post do not need to be perfect and have a wonderful presention, but the content need to be relevant
• More longer is the post, more time you need to pass on it, less time people will take to read it

Also after spending time on post that will never been publish I decide to concentrate myself on specifics use-cases that I met during my consultant life.

Why vcollin.com

This name was an evidence as my firstname is Valentin and my name is Collin. It was needed to mention one of these in the blog name.

vCo was already taken by vCenter orcherstrator

Point of view topic, most of the time it will be linked to VMware product; as you all known VMware love calling his tool “vSmothing” : vSphere, vCenter, vSan, vCav, vRops, etc

vcollin become naturally the good name for this blog!
